Avani Victoria Falls ResortWith Victoria Falls on the doorstep, a choice of dining locations and in-house entertainment, Avani Resort is a vibrant place to stay.
Avani is a popular resort on the Zambian side of Victoria Falls. The location is superb, you’re just a five minute walk away from the falls, and guests have free access to this natural wonder throughout their stay.
There’s plenty going on here, both on site and further afield. For families there’s a Kiddies club and there is also on on-site activities desk where you can book all the exiting tours and experiences on offer, be it a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls or white water rafting for the adrenalin seekers.
The resort is made up of a series of eight adobe-style buildings. They’ve been designed with hints of local culture and nature evident throughout. Bright mosaics, timber ceilings, and beautiful Zambian artworks and textiles add colour and texture.
Rooms at Avani are spacious and inviting. There’s in-room tea and coffee to start your day on your balcony or terrace. There’s a choice of room types, standard double or twin rooms, family rooms with extra space, superior rooms with a few extra touches such as express check-in, complimentary sparkling wine and then there are four Avani Suites which have a separate lounge and dining space so you can enjoy a private in-room meal after your day out exploring.
