Kadizora Camp is in the northern Okavango Delta set among shady trees between the Vumbura River and Selinda Spillway. It’s attractively laid out with communal areas arranged around the campfire, and the swimming pool is off to one side.

If you’re here between April and mid-October you have the chance to ascend into the skies in a hot air balloon at sunrise for a bird’s eye view of the delta. For those interested in local life the camp offers a day trip to a traditional village where you can visit the school, church and clinic and meet the families of some of the camp staff.
Back in camp there’s time to rest in the tented and open-air lounges and on the large terrace overlooking the floodplains as you sip a drink from the bar. Meals are eaten together as group al fresco on the deck and are sociable occasions. Lanterns provide light after dark adding a romantic ambience. A walkway from the main area leads to the pool and sundeck, where loungers are parasols are provided.

Despite its remote location the camp is easily reached, with an airstrip just a ten minute drive away and flights to and from Maun taking just 35 minutes.
