Home of the Big 5 and over 500 bird species – why not include a stay in the magnificent Moremi Game Reserve as part of your Botswana safari?  A visit to this beautiful area rarely disappoints, whatever the season. Read more about the seasons here.

The varied landscape plays host to abundant wildlife. Explore the floodplains, grasslands, forests, woodlands and savannah in a 4x4 vehicle with a knowledgeable guide and discover the secrets of this magical park.  Swap the 4x4 for a boat or mokoro and take to the waterways for a different perspective.

Sable Alley Camp

Moremi can be visited as part of a fly-in safari, a mobile safari or even a self-drive. There are several lodges located within the park, some are in private concessions where you can enjoy walking safaris as well as night drives. It is worth noting that in the public areas of the park, no walking is permitted and all vehicles must be back at camp by dark.

These restrictions do not detract from a fantastic safari experience, however, if you are particularly interested in nocturnal animals or if walking is high on your wish list, then combine your Moremi experience with another camp in a private concession and get the best of both worlds.

Moremi is too stunning to miss.
